Is this safe? Who am I actually booking?
A real, named person — Kadaffy Valeo, a licensed and insured driver based in Vohemar, driving a Hyundai Galloper 4x4. His photo and the car are on this site. Calm driving is part of our standard: most of our guests' first comment is that they felt safe.
Why don't I pay anything online?
Because you shouldn't have to trust a website with your card before you've even landed. Booking is free, the price is fixed in writing, and you pay after you travel — in Madagascar, cash or mobile money (MVola, Orange Money, Airtel Money). Zero risk for you.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight. Kada waits at arrivals with a name sign, and a delayed flight never costs you extra. Delays are our problem, not yours.
How much luggage can I bring?
One suitcase or backpack (about 20 kg) plus one piece of hand luggage per person is included. More bags? Usually fine if space allows, for a small fee — tell us when you book. We don't carry freight or cargo.
Can children travel?
Of course. Children under 3 travel free on a lap and don't count toward the car's 4 passenger seats.
What language does the driver speak?
Kada speaks fluent French and Malagasy, and basic English (improving fast). Booking and WhatsApp work fine in English — the team behind this site handles it with him.
What are the roads like? Are the travel times real?
The main northern roads (RN5a, RN6) are mostly paved and in fair shape; the times on each route page are honest driving times, not marketing. After cyclone season conditions can change — if a road is bad, we tell you before you book, not after.
What car will I ride in?
A diesel Hyundai Galloper 4x4 — a tough, proven car for these roads, recently refreshed, with working air conditioning. Four passenger seats.
My trip isn't in your list — can you still drive me?
Very likely yes. We cover northern Madagascar between Antsiranana, Antsohihy and Antalaha. Message us on WhatsApp with your plan and you get a custom fixed quote.
Do you also deliver documents or small parcels?
Yes — as a courier extra on routes we already drive: documents, legal papers and small private items (envelope to shoebox size, nothing bigger, and no live animals). Strict rules protect everyone: the contents are always shown to or packed in front of the driver — nothing sealed travels unseen — and the driver may decline any item without explanation. Ask on WhatsApp with what, from where, to where.
What if I need to cancel?
Booking is free and nothing is prepaid, so cancelling costs you nothing. Just tell us as early as you can — it lets Kada take another trip that day. That's all we ask.
