Booking terms — plain and honest

No fine print. These are the rules we work by — the same ones your booking confirmation repeats.

• Booking is free and you pay nothing online. Ever.
• We answer within 24 hours with a fixed price. Once we confirm it in writing, that price is locked — it never changes on the road.
• You pay in Madagascar, after you travel — cash or mobile money (MVola, Orange Money, Airtel Money).
• Cancelling costs nothing. Just tell us as early as you can, so your driver can take another trip that day.
• Flight delayed? We track your flight and wait. A late plane never costs you extra.
• Luggage: one suitcase or backpack (about 20 kg) plus one hand luggage per person. Extra bags usually fit for a small fee — tell us when booking. No freight or cargo.
• Every traveller in the car pays; children under 3 travel free on a lap and don't take a seat.
• Prices are per person; the full car is always the cheapest per seat. A solo traveller books the whole car.
• Pickup and drop-off in town are included. Staying outside town? The supplement is included in your confirmed fixed price — never a surprise on the road.
